Fair use & Premium terms
Fair use: each day, Free includes up to 40 AI coaching exchanges and 3 voice sessions; Family raises that to 250 exchanges and 20 voice sessions, and Premium to 500 and 40. Limits reset every day — in practice far more than even the busiest students use; if your student genuinely needs more, just tell us. Premium includes up to 6 hours of human counselor time per year (sessions, plan reviews, and final-draft essay reviews combined); extra counselor hours can be added anytime.
Greetly Premium requires a 4-year minimum commitment. At $1,499/year that is $5,996 in total; founding families who lock in $999/year pay $3,996 in total. The commitment covers all four high-school years because the counselor work — plan reviews, testing strategy, the application year — is built to compound across them. Free and Family have no commitment of any kind: Family is billed yearly and you can stop at any time.
